关于VFTF新加坡樟宜机场的回复

之前发了一个帖子是移民局的回复，这封是机场的回复，感觉认真许多，大家可以参考一下，我争取把VFTF这个问题搞定。

Dear Mr Vincent,
Thank you for your enquiry sent on 6 September 2013. Kindly be advised on documents needed for registration;

1) Passport
2) Airline Ticket or Boarding Pass
3) Disembarkation Card

Requirements and Regulation
- Passengers to clear immigration and passport will stamp by ICA
- Entry to SIN not guaranteed - passengers are subjected to ICA's prevailing entry requirements
- Once departure immigration is cleared on return from tour passenger is not allowed to leave the transit mall again.
- Visa required nationals from the countries below will require a SIN visa to participate in transit programmes:
Bangladesh
Egypt
Iran
Iraq
Jordan
Myammar
Nigeria
Pakistan
South Arabia
Tunisia
Algeria

Indians and PRC nationals - No Visa required allowed on Visa Free Transit Facility (VFTF) (Plse see eligiblity for below)
(A) 96- Hour Visa Free Transit Facilities (VFTF) for Indian & PRC Transit Passengers
Conditions to qualify for VFTF:
- if they are in possession of a valid onward air ticket departing within the next 96-hour and satisfy the following criteria:-
* possess a valid visa/long term pass issued by any of the following 8 countries:
Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland,United Kingdom & USA
- Russians will be accorded Visa Free Facility (VFTF)

(B)96-Hour Visa Free Transit Facilities (VFTF) for Indian & PRC Transit Passengers
- VFTF is applicable to Indian and PRC nationals only.
- who are in transit to or from any third country. However,transit passengers who satisfy the above criteria are not guaranteed entry but are still subjected to S'pore prevailing entry requirements
- Transit passengers who satisfy the above requirements and allowed entry will be granted a stay of up to 96-hour (4 days) in Singapore.
Extension of stay for transit passengers under this VFTF scheme is strictly not allowed.

有的啊，中国公民不是免签的么。但是虽说条件满足了，得被人家批准了才可以拿到签证。

反复的看了几遍，再借助翻译软件，终于搞清楚个大概.....:L但愿一年后离开新西兰回到祖国的怀抱时，英语已经很好了
